Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to arrange the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be carefully inspected. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as supplied, unused and undamaged, with all original components included.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, or has been used, altered, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or make a deduction to reflect any loss in value.

If your return is approved following inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and funds will appear in your account according to your payment provider’s policies.
